Sydney Bank - Banknotes
The Sydney Bank was proposed in 1826. Preparations, including the printing of banknote forms was well advanced when the project was abandoned. Unauthorised examples of the bank's note forms exist which are signed, numbered and dated, even though the bank never traded.
